In closing, I would like to include that the earlier in the planning process the better. Elegant Flames is happy to participate in the coordination process and planning. We will make shop drawings to modify as the details become available, and will draw the venting routes in 3D, which identifies many coordination problems early, making them easier to resolve. Elegant Flames offers turn key service including the permit process. We will file the fireplace and flue, prepare a TR1,PW1,PW2,PW3, and provide a controlled inspection to result in a Letter of Completion from the Department of Buildings.
